RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

We are happy to accept product returns, subject to our terms and conditions.


If you are unhappy with your product and wish to have a refund, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

 

Return items in their original condition, undamaged  to our address at Unit 6, Furniss Business Centre, Furniss Way, Hayling Island, PO11 0FG, within 21 days of delivery.

Due to the nature of any 'personalised' or 'custom' product we are unable to accept returns or refunds for these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Customers are responsible for the cost of all postage returns.  

 

If any items that fail to  be returned to us in it's original condition, within the 21 days, then the buyer is responsible for any loss of value to the refund.
